Registration for Players and Refs:

Registration Opens: Feb 6th, 2023
Registration Closes: May 1st, 2023

In person registrations will be held on February 25th from 10 am to 2 pm and April 1st, 10 am to 2 pm, 2023. Location: -tentative- Metro Val Est Mall.

Registration -CLOSED-

U4 – U18 Coed and Girls Divisions

Regular Season Begins – Monday May 29th, 2023
Fun Festival Weekend – TENATIVE – June 2023 Date to be decided
Regular Season Ends – Thursday July 27th, 2023
Playoffs & Finals – Tuesday August 8th to Sunday 13th, 2023

Please note that there will be make up games on Friday August 11^th, for U8 coed, U10 coed, U13 coed and U18 coed to accommodate the Monday, August 7th Holiday

U3 Sunday Division (All Times)

U3 Division begins play Sunday June 4th, 2023
Last regular games will be Sunday July 30th
U3 teams will also play a fun game on Saturday August 12th, 2023.
Please note there will NOT be any games for U3 on Sunday July 2nd and Sunday August 6th because of the holiday long weekends.

Referee Registration

Interested referees can apply by using the same registration link provided above.
There is a nominal cost associated with registering for Referee to help cover expenses associated with running the program
Mini field referees must be 12 as of March 31st, 2023
Entry field referees apply to children who are 14 as of March 31st, 2023.
All referees are expected to take referee courses offered by the Valley East Soccer Club.
Referees are paid a per game fee and the rate is relative to the size of field/division and the position they referee (main versus lines).
Course dates will be announced at a later date. (Typically held in early to mid-May)
Referee spots fill up very quickly! We recommend signing up early in the registration process to ensure your child has a spot

COACHES

Coaches and Assistants to receive Team Rosters and Instructions via email week of May 15th, 2023 with potential Online Zoom Meeting for Coaches to follow.
Team “Meet and Greets” will be organized and announced by the coaches.
